We have dedicated educators that lead our forest school and outdoor learning sessions on a weekly basis. Our little Moles will have the opportunity to learn about the natural environment, handle risks and more importantly use their own initiative to solve problems and co-operate with others.
At River Mole children are encouraged to take part in Forest school/outdoor learning away from the setting once a week after they turn 3. These sessions are designed for our older year group and run throughout the year in all weather conditions. This helps foster resilience and creativity, as children will adapt the way they tackle activities based on the seasons and the weather conditions.
